Judge Maxine M. Chesney from a U.S. District Court has awarded Titan Media more than $1.35 million. In August 2008 Titan Media started the lawsuit against the two owners (German citizens Thorsten Palicki and Maik Herrmann) of MonsterCockTube for pirating 9 Titan Media movies.

Chesney also decided that Antelope Media LLC (the company behind MonsterCockTube) is no longer allowed to mak use of any Titan Media content in order to generate income. Furthermore, Antelope Media LLC  is not allowed to transfer it’s domain name until the judgement has been satisfied.

Antelope Media who owned MonsterCockTube at the time the lawsuit was originally filed, has transferred the domain to a British company called Sunrise Media before. And later on the domain was transferred to another domain registrant (Newhaven) located in the Dutch city of Vaals (close to the German border).

The company Patrick Schwarz BV, located on the exact same address in Vaals is listed on several 2257 pages and appears to produce content for sites such as AaronGiantXXX and MyMusclePass. Both of these sites are property of AlphaMaleCash – an affiliate program owned by Thorsten Palicki and Maik Herrmann.

In her ruling, judge Chesney called the infringement “particularly egregious”, based on the fact that the owners of MonsterCockTube earned money thanks to the videos of Titan Media and the fact that the owners have tried to hide their assets several times, by moving their business to other companies and by switching to several hosting companies.

Titan Media is well known for its battle against illegal tubes and torrent sites and has recently won a court case against peer-to-peer company Limewire. Also Titan Media has paired up with industry giants Corbin Fisher and Channel1Releasing in a lawsuit against GLBT Ltd, owner of Gayforit, JerkYourTube and ItsAllGay. The plaintiffs are seeking damages of $29.1 million for copyright infringment, plus additional damages to be determined at trial, and all attorney/legal fees.
